A Special Art Supply Store and Frame Shop for the Hudson Valley
Pay a visit to Rhinebeck Artists’ Shop, located in one of the coziest towns in the Hudson Valley, and a local favorite for art supplies. We're celebrating our 2nd year under new ownership! Doug Shippee, a working artist who holds an MFA in painting at Indiana University, purchased the business in April 2007. The shop, located at 56 East Market Street in Rhinebeck, was established in the same location more than thirty years ago.

The store is stocked with the finest of fine art materials from all over the globe: Sennelier Pastels and Inks; Lascaux Acrylics; Old Holland Oilcolours; Fabriano Artist Journals; eco-friendly Lotka Paper from Nepal; as well as the world-class products of New York State craftsmanship: Williamsburg Handmade Oil Paints and Pigment Sticks by R&F Handmade Paints.
