Pay a visit to the original Rhinebeck Artists’ Shop, located in one of the coziest towns in the Hudson Valley, and a local favorite for art supplies. We're celebrating our 3rd year under new ownership! Doug Shippee, a working artist who holds an MFA in painting at Indiana University, purchased the business in April 2007. The shop, located at 56 East Market Street in Rhinebeck, was established in the same location more than thirty years ago.
Or come by our new location in the heart of New Paltz at 17 Church St. Open since April of 2009, The New Paltz shop offers the same dizzying selection of quality art supplies and expert picture framing that the original Rhinebeck Artist's Shop is known for.
